The hotel in near to Grand bazar and street with lot of fish restorants.

Fairly nice experience there. Straightforward accommodation with excellent setting close enough to grand bazar and tram station. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a kettle, air conditioning, and an iron. Very kind and nice staff at all times.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found everything to be clean, and the staff was friendly.

It was in the central location near the Beyazit tram station which is easy for those who plan to travel around Istanbul...

The family room is well decorated and big. They offer a coffee machine, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. The atmosphere of the hotel is family👍😃

It is on a very convenient location, many tourists attractions are at a walking distance, Traum station is very near but approach road is very steep difficult to carry baggage up hill. Roof top restaurant has a very good sea view.

The hotel is very nice and very comfortable, the staff is excellent the location is good, the room is great, nice breakfast and view from the restaurent, the reception guys are very friendly and helpful especialy fraht, I will surely come back again to this hotel.

This place was a great spot for exploring a nearby shopping district and the tram station, with my spacious room including a new bathroom and a heater.

It's a family business, and staying there really felt like being welcomed into their family. The place is not luxurious but a really good value for the money, especially considering the location and I would stay there again

My room was right next to reception and the street so there I could hear a bit loudly the noise from everything that was going on int there, which starts very early. I did not mind - the hotel was clean, very cheap, central and I loved the hosts but it might be useful for someone going to stay there there, to ask for a different room if you mind noise. I see some people complaint about sizes of rooms there and in a few other hotels but they have to understand that in the area in general, unless you're staying at the four seasons, the rooms are real rooms from old buildings and they are small in most hotels.

Staff was good. Double room was pretty big and clean.

Poor breakfast.
